Hi my name is Lexi. I am no average 17 year old girl. Yes I go to school and yes I have plenty of friends. You're probably wondering "we'll what makes her so different, does she have magical powers?" Or "we'll is she some kind of mystical creatur beneath human skin?" We'll this is no fairytail so no I do not have magical powers and no I'm am not some mystical creatur hidden beneath human skin. But I am an under cover teenage police officer. Pretty cool I know. I am the eyes and ears of the law. And no body knows except for the government and other police officers of course. It's very important I keep my identidy safe. Not even my foster parents know who I really am. Now I know that your wondering "how the heck did she get into this?" We'll it all started when I was eleven. When I first moved in with my new foster parents. I knew that I didn't belng there in that giant baby blue house of theirs that always smelt of a soap factory for no reason. So I decided to run away.

Highville had always been a quiet town, small in size, but big in heart. Everyone knew one another, from Danice on Kakario Lane all the way to Mr. Rouru on Gerudo Boulevard. Almost no days passed without a cloudless sky, a blinding sun, and the feeling of warm happiness. That is what this town runs on. Happiness. Everybody feels it, everybody loves it, everybody was filled with it. I was one of these people, a boy of 14 years of age, living on Hylia Drive with my small family. I was never one of the "popular" boys, and I was fine with that. I had my family. I had my friends. I had everything I needed. I was happy. Everyone was happy! And it seemed at the time, the whole world was happy.

But all that changed the day Rose entered the Lost Woods.

"She's here, She's here!"

I sat in my chair, looking outside through the window, I was thinking. Thinking about how my older sister had died of cancer last year, how I liked the guy in math class, how my parents had divorced, how life was so sad and miserable, how my best friend got everything she wanted, how I was not who I wanted to be. I wanted to wake up every morning knowing I won't spend my softmore year as the who never got invited to parties or the one who was obsessed with staring at the jock that went for the cheerleaders. This was the year I was going to change into someone everyone would notice. -Ariana

Atop a great hill far from the city, among the tall grass and towering trees lies the ghost house. Many might believe it belonged to a withch or a murderer, but one thing was clear that there was something eery bout that house.

As the bright sun shined through my window, I squinted. Not being able to see, I could still hear. The heavy steps of my family running up the stairs sounded like a heard of elephants. With that my bedroom door flew wide open.

“Cam! Cam! Wait up!” I yellped. Cam Crawford has been my best friend since he moved here in first grade. Cam has big curly red hair and a face filled with freckles, (they cover his bad acne), his favorite food is the big mac, from mcdonalds, and that basically explains why his stomach always sticks out of his shirt.

Millions of miles of cars filled the road because of a stop light that just stayed red, not even making an effort to change. Car horns sounded like the moaning and groaning of a depressed child. All of the cars were in rows waiting to speed ahead. As soon as the light turned green the vehicles would be off as if racing to pass the checkered flag. I'm in the back of the car laying across the seats, curled up, longing for the light to flicker green, while feeling nauseous, woozy and I have a pretty serious migrane. To sum it up I feel like I'm going to die!

“MOMMY!!!!!’’
“Yes sweetie?”
Then there was complete silence the only thing that was making noise was the chirping of the birds.

And first place goes to... Hoping its you but if not it will haunt you for the rest of your life! Late Friday nights at the hotels Worrying about the next morning. Sprinting threw the hallways. Practicing your dances consistently. Swimming in the pool until it closes Renting out half the hotel just so you can eat dinner. Trying to find the nearest mall just so you can go shopping. Then finally its time to wake up and go to the competitions.

Snowmobiling is great with the wind hitting your face and sliding across the ice when you drive across that was awsome, that is until the crash. It was with my Aunt Jackie, Uncle Earl and cousens Josh and Matt. A fun trip turned into a disaster.

Everything was lifeless, the grass was dead, The Meadow was black with death, and there were no animals to be seen. The sun haden't shown for 7 years, clouds filled the sky, and you would always hear a booming noise coming from the clouds, seeming like an endless thunderstorm. People wouldn't go outside after night, and if they did, they wouldn't come back. In the day people don't go as mush as 100 feet from their house. They avoid forests, woods, caves, or any other dark place. One day you fall asleep thinking that everyone will survive the next few days, and in the morning two or three of them are lost to "The Infection".

Our eyes were wide open with astonishment, we couldn't believe what we were hearing. Could we really be getting accused of this?

What is normal? Is anyone really "normal". People say my family is pretty normal. Ya right! We do have the nice little modern house with the fence and the flower beds. Both my parents have jobs and my brother and I are doing well in school. But we're really weird my dad always sings goofy songs and my mom is really embarrassing. She's always asking what i'm doing.

The rush of the ocean seeps into my lungs and blows back my golden browm hair. My bare toes seep endlessly into the sand. The smell of salt pierces my nose and stings my eyes. The gentle wind, so feirce, but so calm, nags at my mind and sinks into my soul. The furrows of wind curl around me as I watch the day start to fade. Shawna Hennessy

The plane lurched violently through the stormy night sky.
"Attention passengers" came a female voice through the speakers on the plane."We are currently experiencing some minor turbulence."
Minor turbulence! I thought, gripping the arms of my seat so my knuckles turned white. I peeked a glance out the window and now saw tiny pieces of hail battering the plane. Then the shaking subsided and I assumed we were back to normal. "Attention passengers" came the voice again. "Please take out your life vests located under your seat. That's when I realized the plane was falling fast.

I always thought that love would just find me you know, no looking, no searching, just fate; I guess you could say that was my outlook on happiness too, but I couldn’t have been more wrong about anything in my life. (I mean comparatively speaking- I’m typically wrong about lots of things.) My day was like any other, I was walking home from school (I basically walk everywhere since I live on an island.) and I decided to veer off my usual route home to take a quick walk on the shore line, since it clears my head and I needed to reflect on today- which happened to be the first day of school.

That feeling you get when you know your going to have the best time with your best friend! Going to the beach with her, laying down to get a tan, and then going to dive into the refreshing salt water when it gets too hot. Going on walks on the board walk with her and shopping. Staying in a hotel for the night and having pillow fights, and just before you go to bed, you go in the hot tub and make a fool of your self on the exercise machines just to be funny. Sleeping on the most uncomfortable beds ever, and staying up all night because you can't fall asleep and cracking up at each others jokes, but trying not to be loud so you don't wake up everyone else. Waking up the next morning to the delicious smell of a McDonald's breakfast. Going to Canobie Lake Park later that day, and running around to find rides that don't have long lines so you don't have to wait forever. As your trying to find your parents, you get asked to perform in the Talent Show there, and the only way your parents found you was when they saw us making a fool of ourselves on the stage. Then you realize the day is over...and the worst part about it was that you were having so much fun that the time just flew by, and suddenly your already on your way home. The best part is you made so many memories that you can bring up in the future and laugh about. But let's start from the beginning here, it all started off when...

I had just woken up, I was very confused but scared at the same time. I had started panicking. But I no I had to try and stay calm. I had so many questions “Where am I?” “How did I get here?” “What happened?” and “Why am I here?”.

The future cannot be guessed, nor can it be changed. It doesn't care about how you're affected. Doesn't care about making you choose between things you love, and a chance at living for another day. It has a plan of its own and creates paths for you either to follow or turn down.

My name is Flynn Grest, and i'm about to tell you a story about me going to space for the "Space Race". When I was a child I always wanted to go to space and see all the planets just like another young boy. Then after multiple years of college I finally got my wish, to work at NASA and hopefully go to space.

It was starting to get late, the fog was rising and the trail and getting rougher and rougher. Lost for over 3 hours with no food and no water. The rain finally stopped to the sound of trees with eery crackling and animal calls.

June was always laughing , talking or singing. Oh how she never ran short on words. I guess it was a good thing. Me being who I was. I'm shy and June isn't. We were different in almost every way. But I think that's what made us friends,

The noise. It was getting louder, it was singing. “All...around..the...mulberry....bush....” I was in my bedroom, alone, at night. I see a glowing figure. Everyone else is asleep, or so I thought “the...monkey...chased....the..weasel...” The figure was getting closer now, it was almost blinding. I couldn’t see anything. Then everything just stopped, I was sure it was just a dream. It was peaceful and quiet now, until I heard the slightest whisper coming from inside my closet, “pop goes the weasel.”-Kaitlyn Coppenrath

‘’Get away from me! Would ya?’’ Jackie had told Justin.
‘’Sorry Babe, It’s not my fault that you fell down from heaven.’’
‘’Give it a break! I am never going to fall for you, so don’t try!’’
Justin is so despicable, his zit covered mug, his greasy hair, his too-short khakis, his disgusting red, green and brown plaid shirt. Does he want to get picked on? Its 9th grade, halfway through the school year and this is how the new kid shows up for his first day of high school. After since this Justin has always bugged me. Sure, he didn’t say anything about me personally. But his presence just makes me want to throw up.
Jackie is one of my best friends I would never let any un-popular, total freak-a-zoid interrogate her! I would do anything for her and Maya. Kylie, Maya and Jackie best friends forever!
‘’Hey Justin she’s not a twinkie so stop drooling!’’ I had announced to the whole party.
‘’Why don’t you go home to loser land where you belong!’’ said Maya.
‘’Bu-B-B-But-.’’
‘’GO!’’ I screamed. As Justin shamefully walked out the front door of Jason Richards T-P’ed house, the whole party went from dead silent to roaring loud.
‘’Hey maybe we should get outta here, this party is sort of dead.’’ Said Maya.
‘’Yeah totally.’’
‘’Let’s go.’’
When we all get in Jackie’s car, we play the not-it game as for who drives.
‘’Aww! Kylie it’s you!’’ Jackie teased. As in cautiously driving down a long, dark road, the music’s blasted, were all singing, having a blast! But soon that excitement came to an end. Suddenly my vision is starting to fog up, I can barely see, but then I see him. He was just standing there, in the middle of the road. I swerve out of control, and all I remember is going dead on into a tree, then nothing else.
